- Few points – ideally just one

How should your content be?
- Brief
- Conclusions displayed at the beginning
- Simple, personal, direct language
- Lists instead of paragraphs
Quality check
- Be either directly useful, entertaining or challenging to the reader
- Be consistent
- Build trust
- Start conversations
- ALWAYS check for spelling arrors
