If you want to collaborate on a blog with colleagues and students, you can add them as users on your blog.
If your contributors have never used the blog system before
Choose “Add User” from the user menu in your dashboard – you will need their KU-username (e.g. abc123) and decide which rights to give them. (Read more about the roles and capabilities in the WordPress Codex). They will automatically be added, and NOT get an invite email, so remember to tell them that you’ve given them access.
If your contributors have already used the blog system
Choose “All Users” in the User menu you can add an existing user. You will get this screen: Provide their University of Copenhagen E-mail and choose which right to give them. Your new collaborator will receive a confirmation email.
