(Read more about <a href=\"http:\/\/codex.wordpress.org\/Roles_and_Capabilities\">the roles and capabilities in the WordPress Codex<\/a>). They will automatically be added, and NOT get an invite email, so remember to tell them that you&#8217;ve given them access.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your contributors have already used the blog system <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Choose &#8220;All Users&#8221; in the User menu you can add an existing user. You will get this screen: Provide their University of Copenhagen E-mail and choose which right to give them.
